Workout Tips

If you like working out and listening to music, then this is the workout I suggest for YOU.

I can not stand silence when I work out; I need something to pump me up and get me excited!

Right here is a test to see if you can listen to one song and finish the workout.

Don’t rush, each workout is estimated to take the length of an average song.

So put on something melodious and let’s get started!

Workout One:

  • 30 jumping jacks
  • 10 squats
  • 50 Russian twists
  • 20 crunches
  • 10 side lunges
  • 5 squats (ball squats acceptable)
  • 30 jumping jacks

Workout 2:

  • 30 jumping jacks
  • 50 bicycles
  • 10 incline push-ups
  • 5 sit ups
  • 10 standing calf raises
  • 10 squats (ball squats acceptable)
  • 15 crunches
  • 30 jumping jacks
